Short mentorship rarely changes a life. Girls Rising is built around continuity: mentors commit to a full year, with monthly contact and structured check-ins.

Pairs work on confidence, boundaries, school and future planning. Mentors are screened, trained and supported by our team throughout.

The measure we care about is not attendance — it is whether a girl calls her mentor when something goes wrong. That is the point at which mentorship has actually taken.
